How ecogenikTM Standard completes the eco-cycle

  • The eco-cycle - step 1

    STEP 1

ecogenikTM Standard panels start their life as three types of plastic. Firstly it uses the packaging film used by major retailers to wrap pallets for back of house deliveries. Secondly it uses plastic bottles used for retail products and thirdly, it uses Kwik-Klik Complete panels which have provided re-usable temporary internal hoardings in supermarkets and retail environments.

  • The eco-cycle - step 2

    STEP 2

The waste plastic is collected and baled ready to be recycled by one of the UK's leading specialists in plastic.

  • The eco-cycle - step 3

    STEP 3

Huge machines grind down the plastic and reconstitute it into extruded Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) ecogenikTM Standard panels.

  • The eco-cycle - step 4

    STEP 4

Panels can be made to order to match corporate colours.

  • The eco-cycle - step 5

    STEP 5

The robust, weatherproof panels give a guaranteed high performance when in use and unlike alternative products can be re-sited and re-used many times over.

  • The eco-cycle - step 6

    STEP 6

All ecogenikTM Standard panels are 100% recyclable. They will be collected at the end

of their life for grinding and recycling into new hoarding panels. ecogenikTM Standard panels become the fourth element added to STEP 1 and new 100% recycled panels are manufactured in a perpetual form of closed loop recycling.
